Job Description:
The Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts through service agreements, special projects, and automation solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring VHV’s long-term success by aligning customer needs with our high-quality HVACR service offerings. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, technical understanding, and a passion for building trust with clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals for service agreements and special projects
- Proactively prospect new customers through networking, outreach, and lead generation tools
- Expand business within existing customer accounts by identifying additional needs and offering tailored solutions
- Propose, sell, and renew service agreements that align with customer budgets and equipment needs
- Identify and sell special projects, including system upgrades and automation opportunities
- Conduct on-site equipment evaluations and surveys to assess service requirements and propose solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to clients
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and other sales tracking systems
- Collaborate closely with service operations, estimators, and field staff to ensure smooth project delivery
- Stay aligned with VHV’s Marketing Strategy and Sales Process
- Stay current on HVACR trends, technologies, and VHV’s capabilities to better serve client needs
- Support continuous improvement and customer-first initiatives across the service team
