VHV Company is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Looking for a motivated, self-starter who is organized and can handle working with various interruptions throughout the day. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting customers, vendors and general public
  • Answer phones
  • Administrative clerical support to all departments
  • Retrieve, sort and distribute mail daily
  • Prepare outgoing mail including UPS packages
  • Data entry

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Planning/organization/time management skills
  • Team player, self-motivator and independent worker
  • Detailed oriented to maintain accurate information
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Spectrum
