HVAC and Plumbing Engineer- Duties include calculating load requirements; sizing and selecting equipment; performing field surveys; developing detailed design and sales proposals; understanding code requirements.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Piping, plumbing and sheetmetal for commercial and industrial projects.
- Duties include scheduling, coordination,material purchasing, submittal preparation, budget analysis, change orders, just to name a few.
- Understanding mechanical systems, blueprint reading and computers required.
- Use of Autocad to draw mechanical systems for construction, coordination, and asbuilts.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, blueprint reading and computers required.
- Piping, Plumbing and Sheetmetal Foremen
- Commercial experience preferred
